While I was away, I took the chance to sketch a few characters before the Reboot takes them away/changes them. Most of the stuff is nothing more than doodles, but this I had to finish.

Barbara Gordon as Oracle; first time drawing her. :)

Yes, I know. It's... it's so SAD to see her go. I mean, I'm happy that Babs is walking and all, but---Oracle was such an important icon. And now, she's gone. :cry:

You really do an amazing job depicting Barbara!Oracle. She beautiful in your drawing, but more than that, her brilliance, cunning, and intellect seem to twinkle forth from your eyes. I envy your ability to draw her so well.

I enjoyed drawing this while she was still an official character. I adore Babs, but I fear it's going to get me a while to adjust to her new persona. :(

You and me both. I just finished reading her first issue, and I'm... well a little bit confused and tad unsettled. There's tons of hints about what happened between her being paralized waist down and gaining it back, but I feel off-ended a lot. :/

Well, I suppose we'll just have to see.

I haven't picked up the first issue, and to be honest, I prolly won't be. -///-
I mean, perhaps in the future, when we're around issue 10 or 15, and we know what's going on with this new 'verse, I might think of picking up more books. But right now I'm focusing on Red Hood only.
